Jenny Hamilton has committed 43 years serving the justice system, since coming to Mackay in 1979.

Jenny is an Accredited Family Law Specialist, Nationally Accredited Mediator, Nationally Accredited Family Law Arbitrator and an Independent Children’s Lawyer.

She has unwavering passion and enthusiasm when it comes to matters of the law, and her clients benefit from her clear communication skills when conveying complex legal advice.

Jenny is a widely recognised professional nationally, having been elected to represent Queensland Solicitors on the Family Law Sector of The Law Council of Australia for a number of years.

Jenny is an active community member and is passionate about addressing issues concerning domestic and family violence and mentoring men and women to join the legal profession and maintain their legal careers.

She is married to a Lawyer and their three children are practicing Lawyers.
